Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We currently do not ship internationally. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii should contact us directly to arrange custom shipping options. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item being shipped.
Exchanges:
Contact us first to confirm item availability for exchanges. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders, clearance items, and opened ammunition are non-returnable. Check product descriptions for specific details.
Return Process:
To start a return, contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this RA number with your return shipment. Returns without an RA number may face delays.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
