Happy Tuesday! Black Friday was absolutely crazy... but I wanted to give a BIG thank you to everyone who came in and made it a great weekend! It was wonderful to see all the familiar faces and some new ones too. Hopefully everyone is extremely happy with their purchases and I hope to see you all again soon!
Now that Black Friday is over... what's next? As some of you may have seen, we now have a Community Board! Check out what's going on in and around the community on the board when you stop in. Please feel free to bring in any cards or flyers for your events or businesses you'd like featured on our Community Board or in the newsletter!
This week we're featuring the Griswold Middle School PTO Holiday Bazaar! Taking place at the Griswold Middle School on Saturday, December 2nd from 9AM - 2PM. What a great opportunity to support your neighbors and get some great gifts for friends and family!
Early next week, be sure to check out the ECPAA (Eastern Connecticut Performing Arts Association) Community Voices concert led by GHS choir director Ray Churchill! A great start to the holiday season at the Griswold High School Auditorium on Tuesday, December 5th at 7PM. Admission is free - but in the spirit of giving, there will be a food drive for St. Mary's food pantry and a Toy Donation for Griswold Parks & Rec Youth Center.
I myself will be at the GMS Holiday Bazaar as well as in the ECPAA Community Voices concert... so I hope to see some of you there out supporting our community!
